Pengaruh Pemberian Reward terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Peserta Didik pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di Kelas 7 SMP W. R.Supratman 2 Medan

Abstrak

The method used in this research is quantitative research. The variables in this study are the provision of rewards as the independent variable and self-confidence as the dependent variable. The population used in this research consists of 176 people. The results and discussion above show that giving rewards to students triggers the emergence of self-confidence to perform in front of the class. The data from the analysis and hypothesis testing result in a value of 0.000, which can be interpreted as less than 0.05. This indicates that the provision of rewards has a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, which is the students' self-confidence in the Indonesian Language subject at SMP W. R. Supratman 2 Medan.
